An asset is the physical asset that is requiring maintenance or repair. an asset can be a machine, it can be an equipment, it can be an instrument, it can be a building, it can be whatever we want to create a work order against.
Assets can be organized in your assets structure, but very importantly the asset structure is flexible, which mean you can change assets hierarchy after setup assets.
Assets must also have a type, these types can be used to filter cost, fault overview, however, you cannot changed it when the asset has been created.
