Assets Management - Work Order Management

When you create a work order, you can create it from a request, from maintenance schedule, and then also manually create a work order. When you create the work order, the work order line will be linked to a new project that is created. Each work order line will be linked to the project and the activity.

You can use work order pools to group your work orders, where you can easily get a capacity load, item forecast, or you can see a procurement overview.

There is a different way of grouping work, call that maintenance downtime activity. A maintenance downtime activity defines a plan maintenance downtime for a specific time period. The advantage with the downtime activity is you can get an overview before you have even created the work orders.

Thanks and Enjoy!
