Assets Management - Preventive Maintenance

For preventive maintenance to work, you first need to configure maintenance plans, or maintenance rounds, these maintenance plans or rounds can be linked directly to a asset, or a functional location. 

Maintenance plans are used for preventive and condition based maintenance on individual assets. Rounds are used for preventive maintenance on a group or a set of assets.

Maintenance plans and rounds are used for generating work order proposals. The work order proposals are saved as maintenance schedule lines, which can be bundled and converted into work orders
