During and end of work order execution, you will report work order feedback which include, how many hours taken, what material consumed, updated check list if apply for example reset meter or counters, etc. You do this by posting work order journals for hour, item, and expense. Then you will change the work order lifecycle state accordingly.
The KPI can show you down time, repair time, availability. mean time between Failures, mean time between stops, information that your customers expect to take out of Asset Management system.
