This band new workspace for Asset Management which leverages the Dynamics 365 unified operations mobile app, you can download it from Apple store or Google Play. Asset management mobile workspace lets user perform following tasks:
- Create, view or edit maintenance requests, take photo or attach existing image to the request, change lifecycle state of the request.
- Create, view or edit work orders, take photo or attach existing image to the work order, change lifecycle state of the work order, view work order jobs.
- View assigned work order jobs in a calendar.
- Create, view or edit work order job, update asset counters, view maintenance checklist, view/edit job notes, view tools required for the job.
- View or search for a particular asset or functional location.
